The business tool

Everything your place hears from outside itself, sorted by where it came in.

Private and public

Private is what reaches you directly and stays with you. Public is what the world can already read. You see all of it.

The split is about where a thing arrived from, not about who is allowed to look.

Direct feedback · what reaches you through your own codes

Tenants tell you what is wrong with the place, what could be better, and what is going well -- from a code on their door or a link you share. About the property, about the agent or agency, or anything else; the lane they pick decides who may read it, and the lane about the agent never reaches that agent.

People who just viewed a property get their own kind of link and say how the viewing landed while it is still fresh.

Owners whose properties you manage, and contractors who work on them, have their own doors for the same reason: the friction, the wins and the ideas from their side.

None of this is published anywhere. It exists because most of what people actually think never reaches a review site.

Public · what the world says

Reviews arrive with the sentences that carried the complaint already marked, so you are not reading a paragraph twice to find the line that matters. A five-star review with one real grievance inside it does not get filed as praise, and a two-star review that liked the property does not lose that.

Fix. What people are unhappy about, most repeated first, alongside what has already been dealt with, by whom, and what they wrote down about it. Something marked dealt with that comes back does not quietly disappear; it returns to the top, and it is marked as having come back. The point of counting is that the ninth complaint of one kind reads as a root cause rather than as a ninth annoyance.

Reply. Every unanswered review with a drafted reply underneath it, for you to edit and approve. Nothing goes out until you press the button.

Posts. Drafts for your own channels, built out of things you already have: your own reviews, what reaches you through your own codes, what happened nearby.

Around you. The places next to you, and what went wrong lately at places like yours.

The 6

The read of everything, as one document that prints.

Every sentence anyone wrote about your place is scored on the same set of feelings, and carries what it was about in the writer's own words. Not a star average and not a topic count: the shape of what people felt, and the thing they were feeling it about.

Two lanes, and the difference between them is who reads it. What a tenant says about the property goes to whoever manages that property, because they are the person who can do something about it. What a tenant says about US goes past them, to the people they answer to, and the manager of that building never sees it.

What is not in here

Nothing public. Nothing here was posted anywhere, and nothing here goes anywhere: every entry arrived because somebody was given a link or scanned the code on a door.

Upline is set up one company at a time, from a setup link. This page cannot make one for you.
